A craftsman for more than forty years, Scott’s clean lines and attention to detail are evident in these two coordinating pieces. The mirror and bench are made from cherry solids and veneer along with ebonized ash Scott works in Powell, WY to create one-of-a-kind furniture, some traditional, some contemporary, all with a touch of whimsy. Each piece reflects the beauty of living in the West. He is currently featured in Western Art & Architecture Magazine, and his “Rockabilly Sideboard” is on view in the By Western Hands Design Museum and the Switchback Ranch Award Collection of Western American Art.
Scott has been designing and building furniture for almost forty years, in styles ranging from traditional to contemporary for both private and corporate customers. He continuously works to improve his designs in a way that better reflects his personal and family history of living and working in Powell, Wyoming. Scott strives to blend his contemporary sensibility and his experience of a western lifestyle with the traditions and environs of this beautiful place.
