We have a team dedicated to helping you pick out custom pieces, match specs, answer product questions, and even help you work with an Artisan to make a custom piece your client has always wanted. You’ll have hundreds of products on our site to choose from. From furniture to lighting, wall art to lamps, they span a vast range of styles and price points, but each is an item you’ll be excited to present to your clients. You’ll receive a trade discount on our vast range of furnishings. There’s no minimum purchase or volume requirement and the discount is in addition to any other offers.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally UPS ground, air and door-to-door freight. We also offer customized white glove delivery. Often our Artisans’s prefer to deliver the piece themselves. We will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the most cost effective and efficient shipping method. Return Policy

We take great pride in our members and the work they create. Items that you receive are exactly as seen on our website. We accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged and must be notified within 90 days of purchase for standard UPS ground shipments. Items shipped white glove or door to door freight, By Western Hands must be notified immediately upon delivery no more than 3 days. If you have any questions regarding our shipping or return policy or have received an item that is damaged please contact us. TO THE TRADE PROGRAM TERMS

Our To The Trade Program is open to design professionals, by application only. To be eligible, you must submit proof of your membership to a nationally recognized design firm, or a certification or credential in design, architecture, staging or other design discipline.

Members of our To The Trade Program receive: 10% discount on eligible purchases and access to a trade service specialist from our team to help find items, answer product questions, or be a design resource.

Your To The Trade discount is not valid with any other offer, will not be applied to purchases of gift cards, or promotional items, surcharges/shipping, and processing fees or taxes, and is not redeemable for cash. Certain pieces may be excluded from the To The Trade discount, at By Western Hands discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that the To The Trade Program is for purchases made on behalf of your clients, and not for resale. Please note, By Western Hands may terminate your membership in the program at any time, without prior notice.

In addition to these Program Terms, your participation in our To The Trade Program is governed by Western Hands Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. As a member of our To The Trade Program, you may receive communication from us about the program, as well as additional marketing and promotional materials.
