We ship globally UPS ground, air and door-to-door freight. We also offer customized white glove delivery. Often our Artisans’s prefer to deliver the piece themselves. Return Policy

We take great pride in our members and the work they create. Items that you receive are exactly as seen on our website. We accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged and must be notified within 90 days of purchase for standard UPS ground shipments. Items shipped white glove or door to door freight, By Western Hands must be notified immediately upon delivery no more than 3 days.
