We  take great pride in our members and the work they create. Items that you receive are exactly as seen on our website.  We accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged and must be notified within 90 days of purchase for standard UPS ground shipments.  Items shipped white glove or door to door freight, By Western Hands must be notified immediately upon delivery no more than 3 days.    If you have any questions regarding our shipping or return policy or have received an item that is damaged please contact us.   You may email us at Admin@byWesternHands.org or call us directly  1-307-586-1755.
