Care instructions

Never put in the dishwasher or let sit in water. Clean with warm water and a mild dish soap, wipe dry and let thoroughly air dry on a dish rack. Do not lie flat on countertop to dry. Frequent seasoning with a food safe mineral oil and butcher block conditioner will not only help keep it from warping but also protect it from bacteria.
